We have experienced our longest and most extensive outage since Friday Oct 5 2001. Because of the long weekend we were understaffed to immediately correct the problems as well as to post the problem to this page.
We have now traced the source of the problem of the new firewall software we have recently installed system wide. We have also implemented a workaround until we find the permanent solution. We will post a notice once we find the permanent solution
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause all of our customers

I DON'T THINK SO - A couple of Sundays ago I couldn't relist - kept getting " working on this tool". I send many emails requesting more time to be added to my acct - with no response. I tried from 9PM - 2 AM last night and I couldn't get to "my auctions" page. I just tried 2 minutes ago and couldn't get to their home page. BACK I don't think so. And their non-reply is not what I expect or deserve!!!

I just logged in with no problem. Just in time, have auctions ending tomorrow. Thank goodness! I really missed Vrane.

I went ahead and manually relisted what closed since Friday that needed relisting - I also took OUT vrane counters since they were making my auctions hang up if you tried to view them.. I think I'll leave things alone for awhile and see if they're back and stable and then I can put the counters back in...
