I have never had this happen to me before. I sell mostly, but I have been making a few purchases over the last couple of weeks.
I won this auction. I paid with PayPal right away. The seller leaves me positive feedback. Then on Monday he emails me and says my item is the way to me.
I think, Okay great I will be looking for it.
Imagine my surprise when I check my email on Tuesday and find that the seller has filed a NPB notice on me!
Well, I emailed and asked why. I even hit "relpy" so the message he sent about my item being on its way to me, would be in my email to him.
It has been 2 days now. I have not heard from him yet. I don't have my package yet either. It was supposed to have been sent Priority Mail. So it should be here either today or at least by tomorrow.
I don't know. I am just confused I guess. Has this ever happened to any of you?

If I don't get the item in tomorrow's mail, then I will email again. If I get no reply, then I guess I will give it until Monday. Then I guess I will have no other choice but take some kind of action.
What I can't understand is if it is just a mistake on the seller's part, why won't they at least email me and tell me so?

It could very easily be a mistake. I know I have had to file 9 NPB's in just the last week and mistakes happen. (gosh I hope it wasn't me!) I would be a bit more patient. The seller should contact you though. No excuse for that unless the computer is down, they are gone, or sick or died.
