I have relisted an item under my alternative ID. I had a deadbeat bid on it the first time and before I could get my fee back or neg him, his ID had been suspended (which I thought was a good thing).
Now that the item has been relisted, he's bid on it again! I know it is him because the ID is newly created and is similar to the last one he had - only with zero feedback and shades. I've also taken a look at the types of items he is bidding on. It is definitely the same guy.
The other ID he had actually had 19 positive feedback..it seems he does pay for some things when he feels like it. I have put his new ID on my blocked bidders list so maybe if someone outbids him now it won't let his bid increase (I'm not sure how it works while the auction is underway).
Would you chance it this time or just hope he decides to pay...? The auction ends this afternoon.

go to the site map and retract his bid
or email him and ask him who he is and then go to the site map again and go to contact info and you can find out who he is

it sounds like he really like the item, why dont you email him and ask him if he is serious about purchasing the item.
bidders do get carried away and overspend.

Nope! Cancel the bid if you are absolutly sure it is the previous bidder, unless you have time to hold his hand through the entire process. I have zero tolerance for deadbeats and losers. Takes up too much of my time, and I feel my time is worth money. Not doing this for my health.
