I don't know if I can ask this here, but here goes...
I've used Billpoint as a buyer but never as a seller. I want to register my US bank account (from a Canadian bank) but wasn't able to do this with Paypal so I wasn't sure about Billpoint. It clears through a bank located in the US. Has anyone done this?

I don't think you can and it has to do with International Banking Laws between the USA and Canada---not Billpoint's policies.
The bank ---even though it is administered out of the USA--belongs to a Canadian Bank and is subject to International laws---and they have to do the conversion to Cdn funds
