While relisting auctions last night, we kept getting an error: "Invalid Payment Option. Sorry, your item's price exceeds your ebay online payments credit card limit. Please try again." We have been taking Billpoint for several months and have not had a problem. Our items sell in the $300 - $700 range. Our credit card transaction limit is $2,000. Emailed Billpoint and Power Sellers but have not gotten any kind of response. Not even the one that they send out that they received your email and will get back to you. Anyone else having problems using checkout? Got any ideas? Thanks in advance for all your help.

I received 2 emails within 2 days. The people that purchased my items used the check out to email me for shipping charges..I sent out the e.o.a. notices, and hit the reply..It did not go through..A week later both people emailed me that they did not receive any response from me.I dont know whats wrong with their system, but I dont want to use their checkout..make sure that they received your email...

If you have "echeck" selected (in billpoint payments) it will give you that error. No matter what your credit card limit is, the echeck limit is $200.00. It is only just recently that the echeck option caused an error if you list something over $200.00.

Thanks so much for your replies to my problem. I knew about the $200 limit on "echecks" and checked to make sure that it was not checked when I got the error. The only way that I could relist the auction was check the box that to "not specify checkout details".
