I am really puter challenged and am having a terrible time trying to post a photo here and to other identification boards.

I know you have to put at the end but I can't figure out what goes in between. The image is stored at AW but I can't figure out what it is exactly that I have to add. If I add what is listed at the photo such as the item description and .jpg all I get is a red X in a box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks.

If the image is stored under "maudit1", then use the path below. Take out the $ and insert the name of your image.

Hope this helps

Sweet Potato,

I must be doing something wrong for sure. I copied and pasted your directions and I removed the $ sign.

Is the name of the photo the same one that is listed above the photo in the photo hosting section? For example, "decanter1.jpg?"

I really am so puter challeneged I can't stand it!!!

Hi Maudit1,
If you can post the url address of your picture, I'll see if I can help you.

Hello,

That is part of the problem. I do not know how or where to find the URL address. The only thing I see is the name of the item and then JPG,when I look at the photos in the Photo Management section. When I used to use another site I could see the address or numbers clearly. I cannot find it on AW.

You see how dumb I am?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try placing your mouse over your picture and right click on it. Then click on properties.

So you can see the actual pic in the "Photo Management" section? I'm not familiar with AW pic hosting, but try this:

If you can see the image you want, hold your mouse cursor over the pic and *right* click. A window should open up. From there, click on "Properties". Another window will opne. In the middle of that window, you'll see "Address {URL}" Copy that down exactly as you see it or copy paste it. *That* is the address you need to enter between your img tags

Thank you all very much. I will have to make some time to work on this.

I am an old gal but I can be taught new tricks and I really want to learn as much as I can so that I can try and keep up with my grandkids. Well, maybe not keep up with them but at least stay only a few steps behind.

Many thanks again.
