I file for my E-bay fees for deadbeats but have never tried to file for my AW fees. This morning I tried and what a complicated mess. Has anyone here done this procedure and figured out an easier way. The time this process takes is ridiculous.

Well for the most part I have found the FVF on the Item I sell is like .02 to .04 SO for the one or so I would file yearly its not worth the trouble... http://www.Dman-N-Company.com

You are right...it is a confusing mess and I think that AW counts on it being that way therefore discouraging anyone from filing for reimbusements from them. It would be so simple for AW to ask for the auction item number INSTEAD of their AW reference number OR insert a "search" button at the top of our invoice pages so we can search for the item number we are looking for reimbursement on and of coarse make it simplier to find the reference number which would be right beside of the auction id number on our invoices.......I forwarded that suggestion to AW but of coarse have never seen that feature offered and did not get a reply.....would make it too easy for the subscribers to use and AW would have to reimburse back more money.....would like to see more people request this and maybe they would listen.......

I agree. I wanted to go through the process just to find out what it was like and I couldn't believe how complicated it was for a few cents. I guess that is what AW is counting on. Don't think I'll do it again especially because of having to send them an official refund proof page from E-bay. What a joke! I think my time is too valuable.
