I am using auctionwatch pro for offline inventory management and listing? I could not not find out how to use checkout feature. Is there anybody to help me

Surprisingly [or not] the checkout feature is not available for the AM pro a the mo [I use it also]- seeing that alot of AW users use this facility AW have decided to implement it with teh new BE and leave us i nthe dark for now. As for when we will have it available to use, your guess is as good as mine, ask and you'll get the standard answer that no specific time is available, we are working hard at it, the usual blah. Sorry i couldn't give better news.

I don't think that is applicable for the Am pro version though - hope I' mwrong but I'm sure I've read similar on the specific board

If you fill out the Checkout stuff in eBay site specifics, I believe AM Pro will automatically update with that information when synchronized. Similar to when you change your global preferences...

Note that for the time being, items uploaded from AM Pro will not pick up the checkout information in your preferences - you will need to work around this by uploading, unscheduling your items, editing them, and rescheduling. We realize this is inconvenient and time-consuming, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on getting checkout implemented into our offline tools as quickly as possible.
