Has anyone using paypal ever had a notation of unlcleared funds on their chart This is still there after 9 days and same customer has sent additional funds 3 days ago that have cleared - cannot get PAYPAL on the phone and no answer to EMAIL to their support-

Hi,

I has been my experience with Paypal that
when your account shows funds as uncleared they are from an echeck payment (I have one right now pending in my account). Funds sent from a customers paypal funds, credit card or from their bank account with a credit card backup normally clear immediately.

I would check the transaction details in your account to see if it is an echeck. They sometimes take awhile to clear especially if they are initiated on a weekend.

Hi,

Echecks clear from a bank account, so there could be a hold-up on the bank that the funds are coming from.
