help i want to redo my auction but if i do will i get charge agen for it i want to add pic to the Gallery but don't want to pay listing fees 2 times help

Your question is a little fuzzy, or maybe I am not quite awake yet. But here are my thoughts.
If you want to add the Gallery feature I think you have to cancel and then relist.
If you want to change the picture that appears in the Gallery feature, you can do it by going to the buyer and seller tools and clicking on the change or correct my Gallery link.
If it is a photo in your description you can revise your auction if there are no bids.
Either way, there is no charge. Ebay billing will show both a credit and a new charge that is the same as the old charge, it is a wash.
If you cancel an auction and then relist, of course there is a charge. Though there is the possibility of a free relist if it the first time relisted and it sells the second time around.
If it is to correct your ebay ipix images, I am not sure, since I don't use this service.
