And they owe me money!
I think they may be going under.
Sometimes it takes up to a week before a payment finishes the batch processing..you dont even know the payment was made unless your customer tells you.

I think I am going to dump them.

Hey if you find a service that works the same as CCNOW but without 9% commission off the top (8% nov/dec *twirls finger* whoop-de-do) let me know ASAP!!

I've been looking for a service that does the same thing with lower commisions.

btw I have been in-and-out there updating stuff and haven't had an access problem with them.

I just want something less expensive.

email me if you find something

Try Propay, I have a website and the credit card numbers are stored on the secure server, I go retrieve them and process them myself through Propay. They charge about 2.8% plus a .35 deposit fee. You can accept Visa or Mastercard. Payments take about 3 days to process, then another 1-2 days to be deposited into your bank account. Two years ago I used to use CCNOW, what a joke. www.propay.com

adding, I sent you an invitation through the propay website, you can just go to their site, you don't have to use the link, it is a referal link, but since it takes 3 months to get it, I don't care about it.

I got your invite, thanks.

I do already have a propay account and use it for my party sales *wink*

I have been debating setting up a regular shopping cart ending with a form mail and using the propay.

BUT I'M SO LAZZZYYYYYY!!!

CCNOW got me hooked because it was all point/click/copy/paste and......VOILA!

I've been looking for a shopping cart for dummies that i can do offline then upload the entire thing.

The pain in the rear part is that I have over 200+ different products and half of them have color/flavor choices. So even if I found the greatest program on earth i'd still have to do each item one at a time.

bleh

I can't even hire and pay someone else because there is just so many things to do that i'd have to babysit the builder.

Why don't you try this, got to www.valueweb.com they have a webhosting package for 49.99 a month that I use, you get the premier shopping cart with it, Miva Merchant. It is the greatest thing since sliced bread. It has inventory levels and you can add attributes to each item, different colors flavors etc. It also has setup avalible to make your site secure, I went with Equifax. It also comes with Card Service International, if you pay for the 75.00 a month webshoting everything with Cardservice is free. I purchased a Paypal module for my store and that is how I get the most payments. If you want to do what I do, just go retrieve the cc numbers off your server and process them through Propay. It is a great thing, check it out. Heather
