I haven't had time to read the rules about this and thought I'd just ask. Do the sellers and buyers HAVE to fill this thing out at the end of auction? I got my first two last night. I filled mine out but right after, I heard from the buyers so emailed them. If I just get their email address from that form ebay sends, can I email them without going through ebay? I don't have any idea if they filled theirs out or not. I didn't get anything that showed they did. I think they got my address from the form and emailed me direct. I like direct contact with each individual buyer.
