I had an auction go off the last part of August. I never received payment or at least I dont think I did. Contacted the buyer several times, one time she said it was her sister, then it was her. I never know who it is. She never provided a money order # until October, 2 months after the auction. I just got done calling it in to the post office it was cashed. Ok so I get an email stating that it cost her $10 to trace it. So I got tired of the bull and paypaled her account the $6.77, and yes she had a paypal account. So now I just got another letter stating it cost her $2.75 to trace it and that when it comes back she was filing fraud charges, and she is reporting me to ebay. She doesnt know how to get her money out of paypal. As of right now I blocked her emails cause Im sick of the BS. Anything I can do, do I send it to ebay, and if so where? HELLLLPPPP

Well first off I can say that I have never heard of it costing $10 to trace a money order, so I would have trouble believing her. If you have already refunded via paypal then you will have proof that you did so. Print it out so you have a hard copy showing it just in case you need it someday.
Otherwise there isn't a whole lot you can do but just hang in there and remember that most people are not like her.
She can file fraud charges but if you have the proof then that is in your favor.
