I already mentioned the auction that shipping was paid but we never received it. Billpoint has -so far- just blown us off about it. Now a customer has just paid for two auctions using checkout and there is no record of the transaction in Billpoint. If this keeps up it could get expensive.
How long until you can opt out of checkout altogether? I wish their customer service was better. Anyone have a number we could call?

the Checkout summary feature is is your only billpoint record now untill the transfer to your bank is complete ..
