PLEASE HELP. HOW DO I tURN CHECKOUT OFF?
I did go to my Ebay, PREFERENCES. I went around in circles for 10 minutes signing in etc.all my page has is update your check out preference, but there is nothing there to turn off. This is making me crazy I just had another person pay without including shipping. PLEASE HELP..I DONT HAVE A eBAY STORE

I had this problem yesterday and then found out later it was because I still had my store. I managed to edit the store and change my zipcode though I have no idea how it got changed in the first place. So I know how frustrating it is to go in circles.
Sorry I can't help you with this. Did you have an ebay store at one time? Perhaps e-mail ebay today and hopefully you will get an answer before the weekend.
