When some e mails come they do not show any text in the message box. Still others won't let me delete or open or "view message source". "Help".

If you have received a "blank" e-mail in the past few weeks, you might want to double-check the sender's e-mail ID.
If it starts with an underscore, for instance [email protected] as opposed to [email protected], the user has a virus that infected their e-mail system.
Delete the blank e-mail. Don't try to open it; don't try to analyze it. Do not bother to reply to that person - obviously you can't.
You should make sure that YOUR antivirus software is up-to-date and that you have it set to scan your incoming e-mail.
If you do not have antivirus software, do yourself and every one you e-mail a big favor: Give yourself a very early holiday present.\

First, don't have it open when you try to delete it - that should help.
Second, it depends on the e-mail system you are you using.
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with AOL or MSN.
But, if you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you should be able to select it so that it is highlighted in your "inbox" and then click the "X" (delete) button in the tool bar.
Another possibility would be to create a new folder in you mail system, move the item to the folder, and then delete the folder.
