...someone's left feedback for you on a sale? I mean other than some really dreary way of looking at individual ebay #'s?

My method is to include a tag with a reminder on the item I'm selling and hope for the best, but I realize there's a Post Sale's button to click to remind buyers, so I must be missing something easy.

Terrydarc,

I get the money, they get the goods. I say thank you by leaving feedback and don't worry about them, except to make sure they are happy buyers. Takes too much time to worry about whether or not they leave feedback.

It's a personal choice, and I have hard time asking people to say thank you. They had Mother's to teach them.

My method that seems to work well for me is I enclose a note in with every package that has my name & address on it (just in case pkg. gets lost in the mail) along with a Thank you note to my buyers telling them they are always welcome at my auctions.....then I ask them if as a way to let me know that they have recieved their item and are pleased with it, will they please leave feedback on our transaction and I will also be doing the same for them. I let them know that by posting feedback, it is a way that I can tell they recieved their package and I won't have to email and inquire if they recieved it. Works really well for me......

I use USPS Delivery Confirmation with almost 95% of the items I ship. I simply check after a few days to see if the item has been delivered.

If it has, I send a "post shipment notice" that says that I see that they have the itme and includes a final "thank you" along with a simple request: if the winner is satisfied with the transaction and the merchandise, please leave feedback.

I include the eBay link to "show all feedback I need to leave" to help them.

http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedbackShow

It seems to work most of the time.

Thanks all - that was about my take. Sell the goods, encourage feedback. I'm not much loosing sleep over it.

But since ebay has this page to assist you in LEAVING feedback - you can see all the auctions on which you are allowed to leave +,0,- I thought there might be something similar for seeing if someone had LEFT feedback for you. There is a Post Sale button to remind buyers.

No nice easy link to click on, eh?

I can't think of any way to click a link and get the info you're asking for. Even tools like vrane's Feedback Widget don't cover it. I'm sure somebody out there could program it pretty easily, but I'm guessing there hasn't been much demand for it.

Go to ebay..click search..seller...your user name..then the number by your name. Simple to see your feedback starting with the last.
This may not at all be what you are asking for but it works. This just occured to me, you are probably wanting to see all the feedback you are due. I would like that too but haven't found anything like it. I'm new at the selling part of ebay so I like to read these posts to learn all I can.

That's exactly what I'd like to see. Otherwise you need brute force to compare your list of feedback vs. a list of items you've sold. You can also click on anybody's ebay rating number and bring up a list of their feedback.

terrydarc,

This will help if you leave feedback for everyone that buys from you.

I will use myself as an example. I clicked on my feedback number and it gave me this URL:

http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=bestattic

I changed it to add left so that I could see the feedback I'd left for others.

http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackleft&userid=bestattic

Now it's just a back and forth game. Not fool proof but if you check regularly, you will be able to keep up with it.

Hope it helps and hope I didn't confuse you further!
