Does anybody know how the the "blacklist" type feature works on ebay? I only know how to use it on Yahoo, but really need it on ebay now - we have a person with a decidedly uncharitable, un-Christmas-like attitude who seems dangerous and impossible to please, and would just like to be safe and avoid them! Short of contacting SafeHarbor, how can we protect ourselves?
