A friend of mine called and said for two days they can't log on. We're wondering if AT&T is down or if there is another problem. Anyone know?
Of course if you are on AT&T and can't log on you can't read this!

AT&T is not down in my area.
I did, however, call out locally this afternoon, to a number that I know was correct and in service, only to receive a recording that the number had been disconnected. Later the number worked fine, as it should have all along.
I also called family members in another state who reported problems contacting other relatives and receiving oddball recordings in error.

my friend in IL who has AT&T cable modem returned it to the store due to numerous problems.....whilst returning there was a line of customers returning their cable modem for the same reason ie it worked 50% of the time if lucky.....sounds like avoid there CABLE MODEM service!!!!!!!!!!!!
