I have had several Microsoft OEM packages for sale and they were deleted. I dont' understand why, I looked at others selling OEM stuff and can't see what I am doing wrong or different.

** My ad said I would include the hardware as required by ebay and Microsoft.

Help! What am I doing wrong?!
Any insight appreciated.
Thanks,

Join the club they got my auction too.Seems if you buy any of their products and decide you don't want to use them, your just stuck with them.I made the mistake of opening mine, but I never installed it because of of the problems so many others were having. Its amazing how they create all this software, knowing all you'll have is problems, and know its a big pile of _hit.But they get your money and thats all Bill Gates cares about.

you HAVE to list them with a piece of hardware....i sell Windows 2000 OEM i list it with an untested unwarranted hard drive....this is within ebay regulations and NEVER had an auction deleted soo far

OEM software is licensed to value added dealers . It is not supposed to be sold to the general public. Somewhere on the media it will say "for distribution with a new PC only." Even though millions of repair shops, etc will sell this software retail, they are not supposed to. You have to sell it with hardware.

So explain what I did wrong then?
I have already stated in my 1st post and again in my 2nd that I include qualifying hardware.

were they deleted by an ebay software program??
may be it did not detect the hardware part?
may be you can compare the title and description of yours and others or ask ebay

File a counter notice. Microsoft then has approx 10 days to file legal action IN YOUR JURISDICTION. If they don't file, you get to re-list.

I checked the language very carefully of several other current AND completed auctions.

Where would I file a counter notice?

You file it with eBay, ask them for the form.
