Well it was bound to happen, my first Bill Point charge back- credit card fraud which obviously is nothing new. Some info I discovered which may be helpful to some of you.
Ebay and Bill Point does not inform the sellers that buyers has two different address's:
-one for Ebay
-and a different one for Bill Point.
What this means is- if you want to make sure the buyer is a honest one and he/she is not using two different address's, you have to log on to eBay and do the buyers address request. Which by the way, you have to wait for eBay to reply with the requested buyers city, state and phone number- which adds another step to the selling process. Ebay, far as I have found does not give out the Buyers actual address, which is a problem for obvious reasons.
Bottom line:
-if your using Bill Point, you have to take the above extra step with getting ebay to provide you with the buyers partial address info. If you don't your gambling.
-Pay Pals address verified address conformation process at least prompts you as to a potential buyers multi address issue.
My opinion is that eBay and Bill Point have a major loophole with verifying their members personal information. Seller's really are gambling if they don't be sure to go the extra mile with the address request with eBay. I headed to the eBay message boards, I was dumbfounded at the large number of post regarding this issue.
Like they say live and learn- I was defrauded $150.00 bucks- it could have been a lot more.
I hope this info helps those of you who were not up to speed on this issue.

thanks for sharing this piece of information with us,billpoint is supposed to do its best to make sure the card is good -there is fund available, the address verifcation code returned is good (addr and zip)ie.bill to addr and zip is the same as the one on the card.
ship to is a different matter,it is up to the seller and buyer, thats why so many items end up in russia, romania, indonesia etec/
there is a thread here of a group of ebay sellers who have chargebacks from 500-12000 and are considering suing billpoint.
billpoint has a lot to learn

This is what I got from BidPay when I received a money order from an international buyer. I also think PayPal says something about sending items to an address other than the one they have.
FRAUD ALERT! Lately there have been a large number of attempts to purchase items from eBAY sellers and (change the address for delivery) to have them delivered to an address in INDONESIA. If you get any such request PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM and please send an email message to us IMMEDIATELY.
I think if you send your item to an address other than the one listed in your CC company you lose if something happens. I do it sometimes but I don't sell high ticket items
