I have a problem that I hope you can help me solve. I will give you the short version of what happened and if you need more info I can provide it. Awhile back I had a customer who said she did not get her item and she said she was filing a chargeback. I replaced the item with delivery confirmation and did not hear anything regarding a chargeback. A few weeks passed and I noticed that $4.84 (amount of item w/ shipping) was pulled out of my account and sent to her. It turned out that you had an old email account as my main email (I have since taken that old email off my account to avoid further problems). I emailed my customer several times asking for my money back-- no money. I emailed paypal and explained what happened and provided the DC number. A paypal rep sent my customer a note asking her to refund my money. No money. Now this is a small amount, but this lady was a PAIN to deal with and I don't think it is fair that she should get both the item and my money. Now you took the money from my account without permission so I am asking you do the same to her. At one point she told me she was going to let you know she recieved the item so the chargeback investigation would end and she did not. Since I did not hear from you I assumed she was just all talk and was surprised when the money was taken from my account.
I know you are a good person as I have read many threads where you have helped other AW'ers-- so Damon-- please help straighten this out, I just want my money back. Had she been nice I would have given her the item and a refund no problem, but she lied and was obnoxious and I know she took advantage.
