One problem I see if the cost to get the item to the US, I doubt many people will pay $12 to ship a pair of pajamas. I wouldn't! That's about how much I pay for a pair here in the US...

Based on my experience I have the following tips:
DO NOT USE ALL CAPS, they get hard to read after a while.
ROTATE you photo so lookers to not have to turn they head sideways.
WATCH your spelling. Too many spelling errors is a turn off.
It is very hard to follow your measurement. I read it several time and still do not know the waist measurements. If I did figure it out and it is 46" then why do you call it a size 58? In men's US sizes the waist measurement is the size. A XXL could be correct.
I would not pay $12.00 shipping and other charges PLUS the high bid to get this item.
Your bank charges are a cost of doing business and yes it is your choice to charge them to the buyer BUT I would not spell it out. I would include bank charges as handling charges.

shipping and handling is more than 12.if i buy an intl money order or use bidpay,it is 5 dollars on top of that 8 for shipping and 4 for you to clear bank charge,so it is more like 17 dollars.
you may want to offer wholesale to make it worthwhile,like you can supply linen and clothing shop with egytian cotton pj,bedsheets,etc.
how about those beautiful caftan??is that what it is called,women are real suckers for exotic clothing.
bring on the exotic and colorfule ones
