Spinning off from "Aw Man":

I recently made a sale (mid-December) to a gal who actually told me that I should DEMAND that USPS overnight it at their expense when it was returned as a security precaution. (No packages weighing over 1 lb. will be accepted into mailboxes; however it wasn't. It was okay, this is back when we were all still wearing our masks anyway.) So they ship it back out and she got it in two days. Then she demanded I refund her "Priority Mail" postage expense because it didn't make it within the "guaranteed" 2 days. I wrote her back and said I didn't think it was "a USPS problem" (quotes hers) "but rather a national security problem." She's yet to leave feedback...

Just a note on the priority mail usuage -- the USPS states "usually" delivered within 2-3 days. I have used it hundreds of times and occ. it has taken up to 1 week to go across country since 9/11. If this customer checks with her local PO this information is posted on the sign for Priority Mail.
