I had a customer underpay me via billpoint because the order detail page from billpoint didnt add the shipping charge into the total. Even though the item and shipping were ptesent. The ebay summary page looks correct though. I got a crap boiler plate response from billpoint and none from ebay. Anyone encounter this, and am I missunderstanding something?

I tried to send customer a billpoint invoice for the shipping but the damn system wont allow the item price (already paid) to be $0. @#$%^&*

HaHaHa... I had to recharge .01 for the item and 14.99 for shipping. THis sounds like a gradeschool programming job. They certainly have not andicipated usage very well....
