hello, there has been a few cases recently that a bidder goes on a bidding binge and then when you wait and wait and see no payment coming and no email answered, you look into her/his account and find out this person is now unregistered??
there are not too many neg feedbacks and many dealers are still hoping they will get paid.
what happens to thsese big spenders,do they ever come back under a different id?if they are just buyers, how could they restate their accounts??

They indeed come back as different users. Ebay can't do a thing about it, because they can't identify them as being previous users.

This summer I sold an item over in the business/office equipment category. The winning bidder had bid on 461 auctions in 7 days and won 430 of them. All of it was office equipment. I never received a single email or payment from him. I filed a FVF and he was already NARU. As well as I recall, he had no negs. The fvf's must have come in so fast he got suspended before anyone got a chance to neg him. He's probably out there somewhere with a new i.d. waiting for his next binge.

I had a long time customer bid on and win 11 items. Email, email, email. nothing. Finally, "You have some more stuff I want. It ends sunday, can I wait?" Sure. 30 more items won. Email, email, email. Pull contact info, Email. email. Phone call, phone call. "Oh yeah, I've been swamped... Over $500? Let me check on it, I will get it out asap. Thank" Email, Email, Email. Phone call. "Sorry, Holidays... Send it out tomorrow..." Email, Email. CHECK IN MAIL FOR FULL AMOUNT!
