Sorry if this has been hashed and rehashed endlessly, but why does AuctionWatch collect my credit card and billing information just to post a question in the Message Center? They say I won't be charged. Are there some hidden charges involved in this?

they just want to know you are whom you claim you are.
there could be business dealings among aw members.

No, This was so they could sack the mods that were here. Saves big bucks.
