I keep getting no address found from AOL when I contact my high bidder. Tried the "mail this auction to a friend" and I think that bounded back to me. Does anyone have any suggestions? The high bidder has an extremely high positive feedback. Could not find the link at Safe Harbor to report this. Can anyone give any suggestions. It could be AOL that is at fault.

I would give it a couple of days to see if this person e-mails you. Chances are they will once they realize that the auction has closed. Once they do, let them know to change it. I have had this happen a few times, also a good chance that this person doesn't want there e-mail address revealed. I know this is against ebay rules, but many good bidders do this. If they don't contact you after 7 days, then file the non-paying bidder and go from there.
Good luck,

There used to be a link at Safe Harbor where they would investigate this. But clicking on "Report Offense " now produces nothing. I once had this happen in the past with AOL and the party contacted me after EBay contacted them. I am sure this winning bidder has no objection to having her address known and she won two other auctions tonight Feedback in the thousands - all positive.

People are shifting over to cable or other ISPs all the time and drop their old ISPs without thinking about their eBay registration. You'll probably have to wait till they contact you and if they don't then write eBay and tell them the problem. If ebay emails their registered email address and it bounces a couple of times then eBay suspends their account till the user works out the problem.
