Hi:
I just had someone use: ask seller a question. When I answered their questions and sent the reply it came back as undeliverable. Now I doubt if I could contact Ebay as they sent the question using the buyer's registered info, so if this is no good how could I find their proper E-mail address?
I would like to get the answer to them as this is a pricey item, and don't want them to think I don't answer questions!

Is it by chance an @home email. Many of them have not changed their ebay email. I would notify SafeHarbor. When it bounces to them they will NARU which will remind the user to change their email address.

Email systems go down temporarily all the time. If the person just emailed you then your email to him bounced then it may be a temporary glitch.
