Hi I am thinkig of switching to this service and was wondering if anyone had experience good or bad with it? I now have aol and a seperate phone line and this would actually be cheaper.

yes i just got back from IL and set up a home office using Ameritech DSL it is pretty fast however customer service is a little lacking but if you are computer literate should not be a problem.
