I wish to have some of my foreign customers, who are not able to bid on my auctions when they close be able to use a bid snipe service. I use esnipe and auctionsniper but both require a fee. Is there any way that I can offer my customers a free service, or even one that I pay for?

Vrane, I believe, now has a limit of two ongoing snipes at any one time for the free service.
Another free snipe service is auctionstealer.com
They alllow 5 free snipes per week. You have to pay if you want more or want to snipe less than 10 seconds before the auction ends. They also have a free snipe tool that you can add to your toolbar which makes sniping even easier.
