I just spent 15 mins trying to Opt out of ebays checkout and the site would not allow me to do it. I log in go to checkout preferences and select no, hit submit and it keeps looping back to submit never confirms the change or updates - Anyone else notice this ?

They keep saying that they will disable that damm checkout system if you wish it to be, but it never happens. They slammed it down our throats and have been laughing at us since.

Im not sure why this happened if its a system issue or Im doing something wrong - waiting for support to get back to me. I had read at Tag notes that change password function at ebay has been disabled or not working also. Who knows...

I myself am sick & tired of this freakin' feature too!
I was able to set my preference to "no", but it didn't help, i still get the damn "Checkout" & "Request Total" on all of my auctions and those annoying emails from winners that can't wait for me to send them their invoice, even though i usually send the invoice just 1 hour after the EOA!

At first I received those notices but I haven't in quite a while. In the box that is provided by AW for check out I write.
"I will email you after I receive eBays EOA notice. Please wait for my instructions. If you wish to pay instantly by PayPal, click the logo at the end of the auction page. Thanks"
