Hi everyone, Cant sleep! I seem to be having a problem pop up where the buyer is responding to thru WBN and combining there own WBN and shipping, causing a sticky situation with the shipping cost. Has anyone got an idea how to solve this problem or how we can get AW to fix it? Oh by the way I love this board!

The biggest problem I see here is you are using an automated WBN. A more personal one with all of the information is much less confusing for buyers. Try to send them a personal e-mail explaining what to do as opposed to telling them to see the WBN for all of the info. That should solve the problem.
