At least something good came out of this. As far as the mail goes screw ups do happen.
When you think of the amount of mail that goes thru the system every day and most of it gets there on time, I think of it as a wonder that more does not wind up "lost".

I have had more trouble this past month with slow delivery and packages returned to me as undeliverable. They were addressed corectly etc. The newby bidders do not understand about the mail, they neg first ask questions later.
