This has me stumped?
When surfing Ebay I keep gettin new browser windows poping up going to all sorts of places. I have discovered the Adds are been pushed out via commission junction.
The member id of the ads is PID=1071735
Is Ebay doing this or have a got something else going on. I would be surprised it is Ebay as I know Cj.com does not allow redirects to the advertisers sites. It even happens when I look at my pwn auctions or about me page...

commission junction does not use up pop or pop under ads banner and text links only.
so it is my guess these ads are built into a cookie or something in the cache from another site you vistied some website putting CJ banners in there own popup windows.

Its not Cj banners popping up it is CJ Advertisers opening up in new windows.
And it only happens when I am on Ebay.
First a blank window opens, which am am sure it is the redirect to the the cj advertisers.
I am able to get the cj pid number and have emailed cj to see whats up..
