I just left my third ever negative feedback and this one time I fully expect a retaliatory neg in return but I don't care. This deadbeat has 6 positives and 2 negs and will soon be naru'd. I am expecting him to respond negatively with threats and or 4 letter words just like he did in the emails that he sent me. Then he will be naru'd for sure.

Ahhh, sometimes it feels good to do whats right and neg a newbie that doesn't play nice.

I will be giving out my 1st neg in another
week-the auction was in jan-sent numerous emails-however im waiting the 3 month period and just a few mintues before the auction is taken off the feedback list i will neg him-i doubt this loser will have time to neg me back-i lost the filing fee but it will be worth it not to get a retalitory neg-BUT you have to have ALOT of patience to do this- waitng 3 months is a LONG time -hes also gotten 4 negs since my auction.

How do you know he will be NARU? Just because others left a negative does not mean they filed. That is why filing is really important, and giving a negative is less so. I wouldn't go out of my way to ask for a retalitory negative...

Probably will email the Threatening emails to "Safeharbor" and let them take action.

You cannot leave feedback after 3 Months (90 Days??). Though some say that you can leave it after that time period, Though I never have seen it.

ahc3 I will file with Safeharbor and forward them all his threatening emails after he responds with his retaliatory neg.

Another thing that I did was to get his personal info from Ebay. I did this I guess you could say for if just in case this guy turns out to be a real whacko. I want to know exactly who I am dealing with in a situation like this.

The feedback holding won't work. You can leave feedback to auctions more than 90 days old by clicking on the "leave feedback for transactions over 90 days old icon." The best thing to do is simply leave the proper feedback and don't flaunt it. Do it quietly and the guy should leave you alone.
Good luck,
bp
