Anyone a member of Square trade? I signed up for the free month trial, they put the seal in my auctions and sent an account number, no password. So I can't get to my account to even find out information on what they will do for me. I haved e-mailed twice now and no response. Are they owned by e-bay or something?THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, lots of good help on this message center!

Not sure why sellers would pay for this service. I don't think most bidders out there even know what square trade is. It's one of those things that you become aware of if you need to. It also doesn't really do much except get people to mutually remove negative feedback...
