I really miss the good ole days when ebay sent you an end of auction notice that INCLUDED your description!!! Does anyone have any good suggestions of how to keep track of completed auctions? I mostly sell unique antiques & collectables and would like to be able to keep a record of my past descriptions, starting prices, categories and final prices.

I tried a file folder in word, but it has become too cumbersome and many, many pages long. Any suggestions??

I, personally, do all my listings in HTML, so I just would add this stuff to the first line of the html document, when I cut and paste, I just pull those lines out.
