I filed a NPB alert on April 2nd & then filed for FVF on April 14th.
Going through old mail I found a copy of my EOA email with an address where to send the item in question. There was no check inside, I must have deposited it. So, I did send the item & never checked it off in my book as payment received & item mailed.
I have not heard a word from the buyer about either of ebay's notices, my guess is she deleted them as spam & never read them.
I want to contact eBay & tell them of my mistake & get this removed from the buyers record, but have no idea where to do it.
Anyone have an email address that would help me make this wrong right.
Worked things out with the buyer? If you have filed the Final Value Fee credit, you may use the Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal to remove the warning for the bidder.

To better meet your needs, eBay has created an online feature to
remove
Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warnings and reverse Final Value Fee (FVF)
credits that takes just a minute or two for a seller to utilize. To
access the new form simply click on Help, then Rules and Safety -
Non
Paying Bidder Policy. A link to "Remove Warning for bidders" will be
available within the NPB program.
You can also use this feature from this URL directly:
