I have this buyer on eBay who has three (3) feedbacks.
She uses her husband Paypal account to make a payment (account is not under her name). It is her husband account, because she told me that. The account is an International Verified Account.
The destination is an unconfirmed address.
The country that she is in is Switzerland, which is also where she wants me to send the item.
Do you see this is kind of strange.
Should I send her the item anyway?
She wants me to send as soon as possible via Insured Mail, because she has to go somewhere. I told her that I emailed Paypal to see if it is ok to send her the item. She got mad.

No, do not ship! Only the account holder can make the payment.
Have her husband sent the payment with his addy in Switzerland.
She can do this for awhile and then paypals fraud flag will come up and dear hubby will get his account frozen.
