one of my auctions just closed and the winning bidder has nothing but negatives. what should i do?! i obviosuly do not want to sell to them since one of the feedbacks said they reversed their payment after item was shipped. ugh !!!

You could request a type of payment that cannot easily be reversed - like cash, money order, or even personal check.
Beyond that, you are obligated to sell, unless you don't care about the neg you'll get if you don't.
Try pulling their contact info. If you find that any of it is false, you are not obligated to complete the sale, and you can get them booted from eBay. That will either keep them from negging you or get the neg they left you removed.

If their phone is disconnected, notify Ebay right away. When they verify it, they will get booted for invalid contact info. You can get immediate fvf credit from a naru account. This also frees you up to relist immediately. Be sure to put them on your blocked bidders list (you can do that to a naru bidder) in case they get reinstated before the auction ends.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
