Every time I pay via CC on paypal, they try to con me into an EFT by dangling a $1000/month giveaway sweepstakes entry in front of my nose.
I don't know nor have I ever heard of anyone winning.
Does anyone KNOW FOR A FACT anyone who actually won and got the cash??

I wondered the same thing about the $1000 month giveaway! IWon.com supplies a list of all winners. It is cool when some live near me and I find out they won. Paypal, show us a list of the lucky winners please (unless Paypal has something to hide that is).

You have to be logged in to your PayPal account for this URL to work. When you go to pay someone there is a link that shows up called "recent winners" (or something like that). This is the URL.
What is Paypal hidding ? Why can't they make the list public ?
And just what Paypal wants us to do. Log in to our frozen or negitive accounts and agree to Paypals new terms of use / user agreement.
No thanks.
I did not like Paypals rules in October when they processed a bogus funds reversal against me so I am not about to log in and agree to the new terms to see what should be public information.
But I would love to see the name of the Paypal user who frauded me. That would be icying on the cake. My $350 item without paying for it and $1000.
Opps. They did not pay me by credit card so they could not have won and frauded me in the same trasaction unless Paypal changed the rules again.

paypal winners giveaway- I don't believe it is true must be some gimic- I used to feel like a winner everytime I got those $5 referal bonuses-anybody remember them? Even if those people whom we refer use paypal as a go between to pay for an auction even once we still should get something for it I am sure paypal does. I think I even remember when auctionwatch was free do you remember that?

Heck,
Does anyone actually know anyone that won cash at iwon? I used to track it a year or two back and it sure seemed like I would see the same names pop up like they were made up. And for the amount of money they are stating that they give away, they would have to have income that is out of this world. Possible? It does give me doubts.

I guess after all of this that nobody actually KNOWS FOR A FACT anyone that won the paypal $1000/month giveaway. There's a list of nobody names on their website as winners, but that doesn't prove squat especially given their credibility rating lo these many threads here at AW.
I did the iwon.com and iwin.com thing for two years. After winning absolutly NOTHING, I quit both of them.
I will say that I still use IWON.com for searches though- it's a great search engine.
oh well, hope springs eternal that my name will be on the winner list one of these years BEFORE I DIE OF OLD AGE........
