Hi,
I just want some input. when do you relist your item, how long do you wait for payment from buyer?

I see many sellers put in their term, payment must be received in 7 or 10 days or item will be relist. Do you really relist it on day 8th or 11th?

Thank you

i usually wait 7 days before i send a reminder. then 7 days later if i have heard nothing from then i will file my npb. 7 days later i will file for my fvf. then i will relist when i get the chance.
i really think 3 weeks is long enough for any payment form to get to me. money orders included.

I'm dealing with 2 non-paying bidders and I'm generally following eBay's non-paying bidder policy. I'm more lenient since I filed a non-paying bidder alert after nearly 2 weeks since the end of the auction waiting for payment. The winning bidders contacted me, but I'm not impressed with their SLOW payment (if at all).

All else has been fine.

I never have a problem with npb's!!! I give 14 days for payment. Mainly because I want the buyers address (Zip Code) before I give them the cost of shipping. As of my auctions starting tonight, I am shipping everything by FedEx Ground. I add $1.00 for shipping materials, weigh the packewd box & calculate the shipping charge. Not that hard to do I have all of the information from FedEx. I have an account with them so its an easy job. No standing in line, just take the pkg & paper work into the office & out the door.

The idea is to try and sell the item to the original bidder. I always give 14 days for the original payment to arrive. If none, then I send a friendly e-mail asking to let me know when I can expect payment. Then if no response in two days, file NPB. Then if no payment after the 10 day waiting period neg and move on. I guess after adding it up, that makes it 26 days. But in most cases, I do get payments by the time I get to the NPB part. The main point I am making is be more patient than the people that state 7 or even 10 days. You will get more sales and better feedbacks as well.
