I cannot find where or who to email through ebay for this issue, they seem to move pages everytime I bookmark.

I cannot relist nor can I list. I go through the entire motion of listing, or re-listing. I ad my html, my pics - everything, I get to
the LAST page to submit and, NOTHING, the thing won't list. I used 3 different web browsers, all the same. I get an error on ie and Opera, the other browser says "error" line 55 char 3 some dll. This is the second sunday I am unable to run auctions and the second sunday morning I waisted with my family trying to make sure it is not me and what is going on.

ANYONE every have this happen?

I am so P off I need to go bench press a few hundred pounds!

PS

I use AW to list - this is a second ID for unrelated auctions to the first, the second is the caveman style.

That was a thought, then I did turn off "Lock Down Pro" firwall - still, did not work. After your post I thought maybe I should reboot with it disabled, still, not working. I don't get it, I listed a few days ago,,,, is it me? do I have something hidden I don't know about? I am sort of a GURU at computers and the net... I have 100gigs 1/2 full - I can build flash, html by memory... I was on AOL before most knew what it was, Im on satellite now, is that it? Gosh I am stumped, and ebay bounced the email back saying I need to contact through ebay. I know they just use "answerTool" to answer questions, 80% are not read.

AHHHHHHHH!

well, I guess it's Red Stripe night!

I'm really reluctant to respond to this and risk looking foolish (again!), as you obviously know more about computers than what I may ever know.

But I will hesitatingly offer this for what it's worth.

Once, when I removed an mp3 program, it took with it one or more dll files (seems like that stands for 'dynamically linked library' - or something like that - files which multiple programs used, I was told.) Net result was that some programs/websites worked for me, and some didn't.

Anyway, I had to go to a website somewhere and download that particular dll file, which fixed everything.

But I'm sure you've already thought about all this. (*sigh*)

Well, it did say dll error, and I did not delete any programs lately.
I don't work for microsoft and I am not a programer, the point was I have been around long enough to know when to ask for help and just don't ask before going through trouble shooting first -

Sorry if I ever made you foolish gc2, I can't remember ever doing so to you, and that's not my style. boards and email are more than often taken out of context or misinterpreted..

thanks for the info I will look into it.

Nononono!

You have never done anything!

I'm really not very computer-literate, and it frequently shows.

But I plod along.

gc2 - I understand, just want to make sure I never offended anyone..

I am updating the opera I have to a newer version, and am going to DL the new NEtScape, if there is a missing file I should have it then. eBay seems to favor netscapers, I'll try that one as well.

The thing that confuses me is the fact I listed a couple a couple days ago and never did anything to my computer since, that is why I thought firewall as well, huh, this is driving me crazy..
