Is it possible, using the new eBay webform system, for a non-member to contact eBay, or have they restricted all contact to members only?

A trader friend of mine tried to contact them using the "[email protected]" address and she got a message back saying that address was no longer available. When she tried using the webform, she kept getting bounced to the member sign-in page.

TRY,,,,, [email protected]. AFTER ALL IT IS JUST AN ADDRESS AND THERE "IS" A REAL PERSON THERE. I KNOW. ZAP! THEY REPLY TO ME. I KNOW THEY DON'T CHECK ON ANYTHING JUST ROUND ABOUT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. BECAUSE IF THEY DID LOOK AT MY E BAY. THEY WOULD SEE THE QUESTIONS THEY ASK ME RIGHT BACK TO SUPPLY ARE RIGHT IN SOME WAY ALREADY IN MY ACCOUNT. LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENS.

Why can't you contact ebay. If you have been selling as you said you have, it shouldn't be a problem.
