I'm probably not the one to be answering your question, but I think that is what the "Add Recurring" feature is all about. If I understood it correctly, you create an auction, then set it to be listed repeatedly on a regular basis - for instance "1800 Sunday".
But that would be for where you sell identical widgets, one after another. Technically it is not a "relist", per se - and to my knowledge there is no way to automatically relist an unsold item.
