I came across one of the large GI Joe Flagg Carriers today (this thing put together will be around 6' to 7'. It looks like most all of the pc are here but I have no idea how to put this monster together. Whould it be better to just list it as is or try to get someone to help put it together.

What you have is the USS FLAG. See item #1757730148. I sold one (no box) and it wasn't nearly complete. I got $66. You will spend a year looking for a BOX TO PUT IT IN!!

A couple of years ago I won a huge birdcage on eBay. The seller went to U Haul and bought a wardrobe box ( $7 ? ) that was very large and used that. I had to pay for the box and but it crossed the country without any problems.

robertsmithson, I sold a huge vintage dollhouse last Christmas and that is how we shipped it. Two wardrobe boxes rigged together then our local UPS man filled all the empty space with peanuts (for free).
The dollhouse made it there safely and all was happy.
Have also shipped a six foot fishing pole. that was the real nightmare!!!
