are posted all over AW for the smaller venues. I am curious about the membership statistics for eBay.
Does anyone know:
1. How many active (i.e. not including suspended) members eBay has? I believe they include all NARU'd and expired members in their numbers for the purposes of their stockholders - I am looking for the number of active members only.
2. During the period from August 31, 2001 to September 2, 2002:
a) How many new members signd up during a typical week?
b) How many existing members quit during a typical week (not due to suspensions)?
3. During the period from August 31, 2000 to September, 2001:
a) How many new members signed up during a typical week?
b) How many existing members quit during a typical week (not due to suspensions)?
See what I am getting at? From reading the eBay forums (which I know are not representative of the whole), there seems to be more members who have become fed up and asking others how to quit, then there are new members asking how to do things.
