Hi, everybody: I've been all around the internet and Ebay trying to find a good buy on bubble mailers for books. At Quill.com, I've bought 100 each of sizes 9 x 12, 10 x 14, and 11 x 16, some on sale, for a TOTAL of $61.00. And the shipping in 48 states is free. (They ship from Ontario, CA.) Yup, isn't this a great deal?! 20 cents a mailer instead of 60 - 70 cents. It looked so good at their website that I had to call their 800 number to verify that my eyes weren't lying!

AND here's the best part! I ordered those items yesterday noon and they arrived this afternoon. I don't think I could have DRIVEN to Ontario California that fast! Isn't that terrific?

Not only good prices, and fast shipping - BUT they also send first-time customers a free sample pack of some of their office supply products, like tape, post-its, etc. Such a deal. I love it when a good supplier is found. We need to pray each day for their continued success, I guess--but with this kind of pricing and service, maybe we should all buy into the company! (Again, this disclaimer: no one I know works for the company, I have no ownership in it, and I don't get a commission!) ~Adele

I got my order in two days as well ( only 350 miles away ). The mailers are of excellent quality. I hope they stay around for a long time.
BUT they also send first-time customers a free sample pack of some of their office supply products, like tape, post-its, etc.
I'm a first time customer but got no free sample pack so that is not an automatic freebie. It does state on the website that some free samples are given when requested.

UPS just dropped off a box of catalogues and the sample gifts.

I have had a couple shipments from them.
I like the padded bags too. I also like their tapes, both higher & lower quality.
Their boxes I can do without. I purchased different sizes in one large shipment and still have most of them after a year.
I always have to search for another box when I sell china or glass. The boxes tear & dent a little too easily for me. They may have some heavier duty ones though. Maybe they are of different quality now.

Quill.com also has great customer service! My order of shipping tape was lost--sent by their automated computer to a different zip.
One 800# phone call and a friendly rep re-sent the order, credited my account and told me to keep the original order if it ever showed up.
Now, just wish they carried B-Flute, too. (Great stuff for stabilizing breakables and protecting those books in transit.)
