I bought a piece of software for what I thought was good deal. That auction said the item was new in box. What I got was a burned copy that didn't even include the CD key. I went back and looked over the auction. This time I noticed my mistake. The seller was from Belarus(used to be Russian state). I didn't catch on at first because he used Billpoint to pay for his auction so his address was never given out, but the country of origin was at the top. He ran the same item 20 times, and all the auctions started and ended 10 minutes apart, so he didn't get his -20 feedback until after his auctions were well over. He never listed anything again. Just a heads-up. Be very weary of foreign sellers.

On a high note, the mail carrier ahnd delivered it to my front door with the Anthrax proof gloves and a worried look on her face. The plain brown paper package had russian stamps and was tied with twine. I'm sure the CIA has me on their list now.
